At Eagle Party Rental, we're committed to making your event planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below, you'll find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us!

1. How do I make a reservation?

To make a reservation, simply submit a free estimate form on our website, including your desired party date, time, and location zip code. You can also call us at (253) 273-7897 or email us at eaglepartyrental@gmail.com. We accept debit and most credit cards, and offer alternative payment options for large events.

2. Can I pick up rental equipment myself?

We deliver and pick up all rental equipment from your location. We no longer offer pickup at our office.

3. What are the space requirements for a bounce house?

For safe setup, please ensure:

  • A mostly level surface, free from rocks, pet waste, and debris
  • No overhead power lines or tree branches
  • A standard 110V grounded outlet within 75'
  • Clear access to the space
  • Gates at least 3 feet wide
  • No more than 3 steps to navigate

4. Do you provide setup and breakdown services?

Yes, we offer setup and breakdown services for many of our rental items, including bounce houses, inflatables, tents, tent accessories, staging, dance floors, bars, specialty tables, and certain accessories. Our delivery crews will take care of setup and breakdown for these items. Additionally, we can provide services to unbag, add linen, and re-bag chairs, as well as table setup and breakdown, for an additional fee. Please note that these services must be prearranged in advance.

5. Is your rental equipment clean and safe?

Absolutely! We clean, sanitize, and disinfect all equipment after each rental. Our staff performs a thorough inspection before each rental to ensure safety and cleanliness.

6. Can I rent equipment at the last minute?

Yes, call us at (253) 273-7897 and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability and location. Please note that a small last-minute fee may apply for rentals within 24 hours of your event date.

7. What are your service areas?
